Risso's Dolphin - [Grampus griseus]
Risso's dolphins are different that the common dolphins most know about like 'Flipper'. They have a rounded head like pilot whales. The day I was out on the water and saw this group of Risso's dolphins, they were pretty active. They were leaping out of the water and chasing each other. I found out later they were breeding. It was quite a sight to see. They are known for scar patterns on their bodies and fins which can come from the squid they eat. This images is showing their dorsal fins in nice glassy water.Size: Typically 3 meters (~10 feet) in length but can reach 4 meters (~13 feet) Weight: From 300-500 kg (660-1,100 lbs)

This photo image is made by infusing dyes directly into specially coated aluminum sheets. It has a glossy finish which produces colors that are very vibrant and the luminescence is breathtaking. How archival are Metal Prints?
Images printed with the MetalPrints process will last for generations when displayed indoors and out of direct sunlight. Like any fine art print, MetalPrints should not be exposed to direct sunlight or high outdoor temperatures. MetalPrints have an additional benefit over giclee or photographic processes in that they are waterproof and have an ultra-hard scratch resistant coating. The archival value of a print should be judged not only by its resistance to degradation by U.V. light and ozone exposure, but also to moisture and surface damage. When these factors are brought into the equation, MetalPrints are an excellent way to preserve an image.
